24/Seven layout featuring Simple Stories 24/Seven Collection by Carolyn Lontin

24/7 layout
created by Carolyn Lontin

I couldn't wait to work with Simple Stories 24/SevenCollection ! At first I wanted to cut everything up, then I didn't want to cut anything up but once I dove into it and started creating I knew I was going to be happy with whatever I created with Simple Stories 24/SevenCollection!

Since the theme was about every day life, I decided to go with a few snapshots of my son on his phone as most pre-teens are these days! :)

Project Life Week 20 Spread by Nicolle Kramer using Simple Stories 24/7 Collection

Simple Stories 24/7 Collection
Project Life Week 20
Designed by Nicolle Kramer

Happy Monday! I can't believe it's June already. Time sure does fly. It's going to be a busy month for me. My kids start summer vacation this month. My sons graduating and I have two high-schooler's going to their prom. This year I started a Project Life album.  Below is the kit that Charlie sent me to work with this month and I thought it was perfect to create a spread to share. I absolutely love the bright colors in this collection.

I had a hard time getting a really good shot without the glare from the page protectors. I think you can still clearly see the pictures and journaling.
I used 2 different types of page protectors in this spread. I cut 4"x6" papers from the Simple Stories basic kit for the base/ background paper's. I went to main 24/7  kit to embellish my title card (week 20) and used  the chipboard stickers, layered stickers and card stock/ expression stickers.

Here's a close up picture of the left side of the spread. I was able to pull of lots of layers without to much bulk just using the papers and flatter stickers. I even added a May Arts ribbon not having to worry about getting the finished product in the protector.

A close up of the right side of the spread. I love the journal cards in this collection. They have a lot of room to jot down your story.  One of my goals is to journal more on my layouts but by the time I am done embellishing them there isn't much room left. That's one of the reasons I started project life. To leave the story behind the photo not just the photo itself. The little journal stickers help with that too.

Thank you for stopping by! Don't forget to stop by The Hen's Den store and pick up this kit! It's so versatile. I love that you can use this collection for not only everyday moments but for any special moments. The little moments are just as important as the big ones.

Mom

Simple Stories 24 Seven Mom Layout
Some photos just seem to grab you and you just know that you need to do something with them.  This is a dear friend of mine with her mother at a recent girls weekend on Cape Cod which they do every year.  I have had so much fun creating with this Simple Stories 24 Seven line and this is my third project this month.  If you haven't purchased it yet, you need to hop on over to The Hens' Den and get yours before it is gone.

There are so many amazing elements in this set and the gorgeous colors and quality that you expect from Simple Stories.  This photo just makes me so happy as you can plainly see the love Anne has for her dear mother.

Oh Baby!!

I just adore this Simple Stories 24/Seven line.  The Sn@p pages are just so much fun to work with and so easy to work into an album.  You should definitely check them out in the Hens' Den Store and get some before they are gone.  I missed my darling daughter while she was away at Georgia Institute of  Technology studying engineering for her freshman year.  One reason that I love scrapbooking is that I am able to live through these wonderful times with her growing up as I created each page.
She was so sweet and so adorable growing up and as my children have gotten older I have wished that I had held onto those sweet times a little more closely.  These are some of my favorite photos which are now all in a lovely book that I can flip through when I am missing her.
Now I will have to make one for Sean, may be for my next project, lol.
