Bo Bunny Sisters layout

Sisters layout
Featuring Bo Bunny - Isabella collection
By Lori McClellan

The Bo Bunny Isabella collection is what I get to work with this month.  YEA!!!  I love the gray and pink color pallet of this collection, but what I really love is the Sisters stickers that are part of this collection.

The hardest part of doing a project with this collections is deciding which sticker I want to use with what papers.

I created this simple, clean layout using my July kit.  It easily came together using 2 of the 6 x 6 elements from the cardstock.  I have 2 spots for 4 x 4 pictures.  Because the cardstock has so much detail, it didn't need many more embellishments.  The Bo Bunny - Isabella line has some great embellishments that match perfectly.  I used one to the Sister sticker quotes, the trinkets, chipboard stickers and brads.

I know it looks pretty plain, but with all the blank space, there will be plenty of room for journaling and a title when I finally decide on the photos I am going to use.

Check out all the Bo Bunny products here at The Hens Den.

Senior Layout by Nicolle Kramer using Kaisercraft 75 Cents Collection

Kaisercraft 75 Cents Collection
Senior Layout
Designed by: Nicolle Kramer

The beautiful July kit I am enjoying working with.

Hi friends, Happy Tuesday! I hope everyone is doing well. I have been creating a lot of scrapbook pages of my son Bret. I just had to scrap his Senior photo. This photo is in the John F. Kennedy yearbook. Look how happy and handsome he is. Yes, I know I am a bit biased. One of his dreams is to become a model and today we have an appointment with an agency. I am quite the skeptic when it comes to these types of things and have my guard up. I know there are a ton of scams out there. So we will be checking out a few.He also knows that he needs to pursue other interests. We explained to him it can be very hard to make it in the modeling world. Bret is also going to be going to college this fall. I am not sure what he will be taking. WE need to decide and fast because  the season  is fast approaching.

I used many different fun techniques. I applied gesso using a stencil for interest. I stamped a chevron image to go along with one of the papers in Kaisercrafts' collection. I sprayed some mist and let it drip down the page for a cool effect and of course tons of layering and distressing.

Here's a close up of a cluster at the top left of photo. I added some white gesso to the beautiful Kaisercraft flowers to give them a shabby look.

Here's another close up of the bottom cluster. I had so much fun layering all of the fun die cut images.

Graphic 45- French Country- Birthday Cards by Moriah Macdonald

Bon Anniversaire Cards
Featuring- Graphic 45 French Country Collection

Birthdays & anniversaries in July are very popular with my friends and family.  Pretty much every week there are one or two (sometimes four!)  Sadly, I usually don't remember the birthday until after it has passed!!!!  Sit down folks.  This time I am pleased to say that I have remembered two birthdays that are happening this week and have cards ready to go!

This Graphic 45 French Country Collection is yummy!  I knew right away that these papers would be perfect for the two birthdays on the calendar.  Can't go wrong with sunflowers, roosters, and pears for the folks celebrating their special day this week.  One is for a gal that grew up on a farm and the other is for a gal who started a soup kitchen at her church.

Each pattern paper is framed with the same shade of burgundy cardstock to help make the patterns less overpowering.  The flower dies that come in this collection made for a fun extra dimension and those bees.  I love 'em.  Had to use them for the centers 'cause they are soooo pretty!!!

My words of wisdom for today- check you calendar.  Who needs a French Country card this week?

Here are some goodies to get you started!

Bo Bunny Isabella, So happy to be Sisters card

Bo Bunny - Isabella collection
So Happy to be Sisters Card

Here is a shot of all the great Bo Bunny products I got to work with this month.  When I get my kits, I am so excited to jump in and start creating that I sometimes forget to take a picture of all the great things I get.

I love that this line has a great sticker sheet that is all about sisters.  So many great quotes and sayings.  I am also super luck to have the best sister in the world.  She is my best friend, true story.  It was hard to decide which ones I wanted to use, but in the end, this is what I came up with.
I cut out the scalloped frame and mounted it with pop dots.  Tied the pink lace around and added accents with stickers, buttons and chipboard stickers.  I love the detail in the paper line.

I hope you enjoyed this project and it inspires you to make a card for someone you love!\

24/Seven layout featuring Simple Stories 24/Seven Collection by Carolyn Lontin

24/7 layout
created by Carolyn Lontin

I couldn't wait to work with Simple Stories 24/SevenCollection ! At first I wanted to cut everything up, then I didn't want to cut anything up but once I dove into it and started creating I knew I was going to be happy with whatever I created with Simple Stories 24/SevenCollection!

Since the theme was about every day life, I decided to go with a few snapshots of my son on his phone as most pre-teens are these days! :)
