The Hens’ Den company policies
Our sole purpose for collecting your information is to provide you with a safe, smooth and efficient transaction. We only collect personal information about you for the sole purpose of achieving this purpose. You can feel secure as you browse our site. We are not collecting any personal information, other than what you have provided and approved.
We will, however, collect your browsing history and site activity to better assist us in our customers site visits, sales activity etc. This collection of information is provided through the “cookies” on certain pages of this site. This information is used to analyze our web page flow and measure of promotional effectiveness.
Return Policy- We have a 30 day, no questions asked, return policy. Your shipments much reach The Hens’ Den within 30 days of the original shipment date to you. You must return the product(s) undamaged, unused and unopened. Please inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt. The Hens’ Den will be unable to issue any type of a refund after 30 days.
Store Credit – you will receive an in-store credit if your item(s) are returned between the 31st day to the 60th day, undamaged, unused and unopened. There will be no exceptions.
No returns or in-store credits will be honored beyond 60 days. All sales are final.
Refund Policy – All sales are final, unless returned within 30 days of the original shipping date. See Return Policy for the terms and conditions.
Shipping Policy – The Hens’ Den uses USPS for all of its shipments, including international shipping.
International orders will be quoted shipping costs before we charge you and ship your items. We will keep your approval on file, with your order. Most shipments will be flat rate but those weighing 4 pounds or more will be shipped based on their total weight. Oversized items will ship based on size and weight. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
Free Shipping – Orders totaling $35 or more will receive free shipping, except international orders.
Cancellation Policy – All orders are final unless canceled the same day the order was placed. To cancel your order please email us at Cancelmyorder@thehensden.com or call us at 1-888-626-4965. Both methods will time stamp your request for cancelation.
